*The ideal person would have some experience in the following and the willingness to learn. We are open to train the ideal candidate, however a passion for coffee is a must. We are looking for both full and part time work.  



  • Helping us maintain great customer service by answering or finding the answer to customer questions
  • Dedicated to working as a team to make great coffee and getting it all done
  • Ability to work with a team to dial-in espresso, pour-overs and everything we brew
  • Maintain high quality coffee and service, and be consistent with our product standards
  • Effectively complete opening and closing duties
  • Keep a clean and organized work environment


  • Most important: friendly and outgoing with customers
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in the coffee industry (not totally necessary)
  • Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for specialty coffee
  • Detail oriented, able to follow specific brewing processes/methods
  • Self-motivated
  • Early morning and weekend availability
  • Desire to educate others about coffee and espresso


Wholesale production and production roaster:


  • Work with a team of roasters to roast and package weekly wholesale coffee orders
  • Follow and create daily/weekly production schedules
  • Weigh, grind, and package coffee
  • Communicate and inform team daily of production process
  • Perform some data entry pertaining to roasts
  • Deliver coffee locally if needed (clean driving record required)
  • Cup coffees regularly for quality control


  • Experience roasting coffee and/or willingness to learn roasting methods
  • Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Detail oriented; able to follow specific processes/methods
  • Must be flexible with constantly changing production
  • Experience with cupping coffees or willingness to learn
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
